男同性恋大学生性身份认同的定性研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨男同性恋大学生的性身份认同框架,进一步完善同性恋性身份认同理论。方法:选取10位19~25岁的男同性恋大学生,他们在青春期意识到自己的同性恋倾向,当前认同自己的同性恋身份,有6年以上的同性恋恋爱史。采用半结构式访谈搜集资料,并利用扎根理论对资料进行分析。结果:男同性恋大学生的性身份认同经历了儿童期无意识的非典型性性别偏好和行为、青春期的同性情感困惑和探索、成人期的同性身份接受和认定3个阶段的发展历程,在每一个时期都存在关键性事件,如青春期的同性性经验和性行为对同性恋个体所产生类似"印刻"效应的影响。结论:同性恋自我认同发展是以年龄为线索,以认同发展中的重要事件为标志的一系列过程。 Objective: To construct the framework of gay college students' sexual identity, then further improve the gay sexual identity theory. Methods: Ten gay college students aged from 19 to 25 were collected. All of them got aware of their homosexual tendencies in adolescence, and approved their gay identity currently. They all had more than 6 years history of gay love. The data were collected by the semi-structured interview and grounded theory was used to analysis the sexual identity process. Results' The gay college students' self-identification had gone through three stages including sex-atypical preferences in childhood, homosexual feelings puzzle in adoles- cence, and sexual identity recognition in adulthood, in each period there existed key events, such as adolescent gay sexual experience and sexual behavior had "impressing effect" influence on individual. Conclusion: It suggests that the process of homosexual self-identification maybe take age as a clue and the important events as a sign.
