摘要
对蒸发冷却与机械制冷复合高温冷水机组进行了火用火用分析.并根据实际测试数据分别计算出蒸发冷却段与机械制冷段进出口火用的大小.通过对整个复合系统进行火用分析,得出该复合高温冷水机组的火用效率及火用效比.从火用效率的角度比较分析了蒸发冷却预冷冷凝器进风后对风冷热泵性能的影响.提出了节能改进方案.
The high-temperature chillers compound with evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration through exergy was analyzed.According the actual test data,the size of exergy about import and export of evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration were calculated.Finally,the exergy-efficiency and exergy-effective of high-temperature chillers were obtained through exergy-analysis of the complex system.From perspective of exergy-efficiency,the performance of air source heat pump through pre-cooling condenser by using evaporative cooling was analyzed.And energy-saving improvements is proposed.
