摘要
本文把语言生活划分为宏观、中观、微观三个层级,考察了超国家、国家、领域、地域、个人和社会终端组织等不同层面的语言生活,讨论了这些层面语言规划的任务、特点和现状,指出了语言生活管理中的一些薄弱点和空缺处。本文为全面深入地观察语言生活提供了一个学术框架,为完善我国语言生活的管理提出了若干建议。
Dividing language life into macro-, meso-, and micro-levels, this article first investigates it at different levels covering supranational, national, disciplinary, regional, individual and social aspects, then discusses the tasks, features and current situation of language planning corresponding to relevant levels, and finally points out some weak points existing in the management of language life. By doing so, the article intends to offer an academic framework for a full-scale and indepth observation of language life and proposes several suggestions for the improvement of language life in China.
