摘要
利用溶液法以3,5-二氯水杨醛氨基硫脲酰腙为配体(H2L1)合成了它的Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)配合物。结合元素分析、核磁共振谱、红外光谱、X单晶衍射确定了其化学组成分别为[Cu(L1)(DMF)].DMF,[Zn(L1)(Phen)]。同时研究了配体及配合物的抗菌活性,并对其抗菌机理进行了初步探究。研究表明,金属离子的种类是影响配合物抗菌效果的重要因素,其中配合物Cu(Ⅱ)对白色珠菌具有抗菌活性。
Copper and zinc complexes were synthesized through the reaction of 3,5-dichlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone( H2L1 ) in ethanol aqueous solution by solvothermal and hydrothermal method. The compositions of complexes were determined to be [Cu(L1) (DMF)] · DMF and[Zn(L1) (Phen)], respectively, by element analysis, ^1H NMR,IR and XRD. Antimicrobial activity research showed that metal ions are an important factor of complexes sterilizing effects. The copper ( II ) complexes exhibit candida albicans disinfection activity. Their antibacterial mechanisms were also discussed.
