摘要
糯扎渡水电站防渗心墙土料采用由土料场开采的混合土料掺入人工碎石组成的掺砾土料,大规模采用人工掺砾技术在国内属首次。在对掺砾土进行一系列击实试验研究以获得掺砾土的击实特性的基础上,进一步研究了全料压实度预控线法及细料(<20 mm)压实度控制法两种质量检测方法。结果表明,现场使用细料三点击实法进行掺砾土填筑质量检测具有高效、结果可靠等优点。
The soil material for filling the impermeable core wall of dam in Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is a kind of gravelly soil material which is composed of natural clay soil mined from the material field and mixed with artificial gravel. The extensive utilization of this gravelly soil in hydropower projects is first in China. A series of compaction tests are conducted to obtain the compaction characteristics of gravelly soil, and two quality detection methods of pre-control line method for overall compaction degree and compaction degree control method for fine material (〈 20 mm) are further investigated. It is found that the three- point compaction method used in site for fine material compaction detection is effective and reliable to control the construction quality of gravelly soil.
