摘要
现有的复合滤棒成型机组光电检测系统当复合滤棒材料信号差异不明显时,无法有效保证复合滤棒的质量指标,为此,采用微波检测原理设计了复合滤棒微波检测剔除系统。该检测系统由微波信号发生器、谐振腔、探针耦合器、微波信号检测器、数字信号处理器等组成,通过微波检测复合滤棒段的密度,区分不同复合段的材料,从而判断复合滤棒段的缝隙和对称度是否符合设计要求。应用效果表明,该系统实现了复合滤棒组合缝隙及对称度偏差的在线检测,解决了光电检测系统因复合滤棒材料信号、颜色差别不显著引起的检测误差较大问题。对称度>1 mm,缝隙>0.3 mm的复合滤棒均能准确剔除,剔除误差范围在0.03%以内,较好地满足了复合滤棒的质量检测要求。
The existing photoelectric detection system in filter combiner is insensitive to minor filter material signals, the filter rod quality cannot be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, a microwave detection & rejection system was designed, which was composed mainly of microwave signal generator, resonant cavity, probe coupler, microwave signal detector, digital signal processor. By detecting the density of combined filter rod, the material in each filter segment was identified from which to determine whether the filter segments were rightly spaced and symmetrically positioned. The results of application showed that the system realized the online detection of the deviations of filter segment clearance and symmetry in combined filter rod. The combined filter rod with defects of symmetry 〉 1 mm or clearance 〉 0.3 mm would be accurately rejected, and the rejection error was controlled within 0.03%.
