摘要 ZJ17卷接机组二次风选漂浮室排出的烟梗中含有部分烟丝,造成单箱耗叶较高,烟支丝中含梗较多,出现单支质量偏差较大、烟支表面刺破现象。为此,对二次风选漂浮室进行了改进。增加漂浮室体积,改变漂浮室结构,即由直通型改为下部为直型上部为倾斜状;增加导向弧板,在通道内两侧安装不同尺寸的2对阻挡块并将导向弧板镶嵌在阻挡块上,使阻挡块中间的气流通道成S型,以改变通道的截面积使局部形成不同的气流速度,使梗丝充分分离。应用效果表明,改进后二次风选漂浮室,在保持原出梗量不变的基础上,排出物料中的烟丝比例由17%降低到5%,烟支表面刺破现象由0.2%下降到0.01%,单支质量偏差稳定在23 mg以内,单箱耗叶由38.5 kg下降到36.4 kg左右,达到了提质降耗的目的。 The rejects from the secondary pneumatic separating floating chamber in ZJ17 cigarette maker contain some tobacco shreds, which results in higher tobacco consumption. The higher sliver content in tobacco rod causes larger cigarette weight deviation and the sliver sometimes may extrude through cigarette paper. Therefore, the secondary pneumatic separating floating chamber was improved. For increasing its volume, the upper part of the chamber was changed from a straight shape into an inclined shape. Two arc guide plates were separately embedded in two pairs of blocking blocks to form an S-shape air passage between the blocks,the air velocities were varied as the change of cross-sectional area of the passage to allow a thorough separation. The application results showed that: while keeping the reject volume unchanged, its tobacco shred content decreased from 17% to 5% and the defective cigarettes with holes punctured by sliver decreased from 0.2% to 0.01%;the deviation of individual cigarette weight was controlled within 23 mg; and tobacco consumption per 50000 cigarettes reduced from 38.5 to around 36.4 kg.
