摘要
盾构刀盘在掘进过程中受到周围环境的影响工作状态随时改变,文章通过将盾构刀盘掘进过程简化为刀盘刀具掘土作用,采用数值方法对刀盘掘进过程进行了全物理过程仿真,分析了地质参数、施工参数以及结构参数等影响因素对处于稳定工作状态的盾构刀盘切削力及扭矩等动态掘进载荷分布的影响。
Efficiency of shield cutterhead changes along with working environment. In this paper, the excavating process is simplified as the interaction between cutters and soil. Finite element method (FEM) is used to simulate the excavating process of shield cutterhead. Based on the simulation, the influence of soil, construction control and cutter- head type on dynamic cutting load distribution and torque of eutterhead is analyzed.
