摘要 加热器上端差作为影响加热器运行性能的主要因素之一。在多元扰动下热力系统能效分析模型基础上,以CLN660-24.2/566/566机组为例,计算了各级加热器上端差对机组能效影响的强度系数,并绘制出强度系数关于机组运行负荷的比较图和趋势图,定量地分析了各级加热器上端差对机组热经济性的影响。结果表明,该机组在实际运行中,应密切监视和重点控制1号、5号和6号加热器的上端差的,使机组能安全高效地运行。这项工作可以为其他类型机组的同类问题提供参考。 Heater terminal temperature difference is one of the main factors influencing the working performance of heaters. Based on thermal system energy efficiency analysis model applied in multiple disturbances, the paper taking the CLN660-24. 2/566/566 unit as an example to calculate intensity coefficients of the heater terminal temperature difference, and draws the comparison figures and every intensity coefficient trend with unit running load;therefor the influence of heater terminal temperature difference on unit thermal efficiency is quantitatively analyzed. The result shows that we should closely monitor the heater terminal temperature difference of No. 1, No. 5 and No. 6 steam heater, so that the unit runs safely and efficiently in actual operation. The job can provide reference for the same rockiness of other types of unit.
