摘要
课程作为开放大学服务学习者的主要载体和学习资源建设的基本单位,需要在广播电视大学现有课程体系的基础上进行改革创新与重构。开放大学课程体系的基本特点表现为开放性的课程理念、分级化的课程体系、规范化的课程管理、灵活的课程衔接。开放大学应该建立一种层级化课程体系,并赋予课程体系学术资格功能,建立课程层级与开放大学所授学术资格之间的对应关系。
Courses,as the basic units of learning resources and the key carriers for students' learning in the Open University of China(OUC),need innovating and reforming on the basis of Radio and TV University course structures.The fundamental features of OUC programmes and courses are: openness in programmes design philosophy,graded course structures,standardized course management,and flexible selection orders.OUC should provide laddered course structures,with each course component defined with certain academic values,adding up to a designated degree.
