摘要
即时评价是在教学过程中,教师对教学行为所做出的一种情感和行为的反应,是教学过程中依据一定的评价标准对教学现象做出的实时评估。临床操作技能培养是一个实践、渐进与积累的过程,其重点目标应为技能、知识、态度、品德与沟通。只有将过程评价与终末评价有机结合,才能较全面准确地反映护生的整体操作技能水平。掌握即时评价的原则,运用教师、同学之间互评、患者评价与护生自评等形式,使用即时评价的语言,完成临床操作技能的动态评价。即时评价注重对教学过程的实时反馈与指导,多维度地对护生进行评价,从而树立护生的学习信心,激发学习动力,提高职业认同感,促进临床实践能力的提高,真正体现评价的功能。
The real-time evaluation is an emotional and behavioral reaction made by teachers in the process of teaching. Clinical skills training is a practical, progressive and cumulative process, the focus should be a goal for skills, knowledge, attitude, character and communication. Only when the process evaluation and final evaluation are combined, the nursing students" overall skill level can be reflected more accurately. Teachers', classmates', patients" evaluation and nursing stu- dents" self evaluation forms and real-time evaluation language can be used by the master to complete the clinical opera- tional skills of the dynamic evaluation. The real-time evaluation focus on the feedback and guidance of the real-time teaching process, multi-dimensional evaluation of nursing students, in order to establish the nursing students" confidence in learning, stimulate students" motivation, improve occupation identity, promote the clinical practice ability and reflect the function of real-time evaluation.
