摘要
目的探讨使用中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月至2011年12月收治的60例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机将选取患者分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各30例患者,所有患者均给予西药治疗,观察组在给予西药治疗的同时还给予中医配合治疗。结果经治疗,观察组近期治疗效果明显高于对照组,P<0.05;远期治疗效果也明显高于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论通过中西医结合,诸多药物的合用,其中所具有的有效成分,作用靶点广,不仅可以迅速的止痒化瘀,对临床症状改善,同时能够进行综合调理,使不正常的免疫功能逐渐趋于正常,使临床慢性荨麻疹治疗率得到有效提高。
Objective To explore the use of combination of traditional chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods In ourhospital from 2010 January to 2011 December, 60 cases of chronic urticaria patients, randomly selected patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, two groups, 30 eases in each group of patieuts, all the patients were given treatment of western medicine, observation group in the given medicine treatment at the same time also give chinese medicine treatment. Results After treatment, the observation group of short-term therapeutic effect is obviously higher than the control group, P〈0.05; curative effects were significantly higher than those in control group, P〈0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of traditional chinese and western medicine, a lot of drug combination, which are the active ingredients, action target point, not only can quickly itching relieving blood stasis, improve clinical symptoms, and to carry out comprehensive conditioning, in which abnormal immune function gradually returned to normal, making clinical chronic urticaria treatment rate can be improved effectively.
