摘要
目的了解妇女更年期冠心病患者性激素与脂质代谢变化的相关性。方法测定 36例更年期冠心病女性患者 (Ⅰ )组与 30例对照组 (Ⅱ组 )的血清雌二醇 (E2 )、雌三醇 (E3)、孕酮 (P)、睾酮(T)及血脂谱。结果Ⅰ组E2 比Ⅱ组E2 明显降低 ,差异有高度显著意义 (P <0 0 0 1) ,而E3、P、T在Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间相比也有降低 ,但差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。Ⅰ组的TC、TG、LDL -C、Lp(a)均明显高于Ⅱ组 (P均 <0 0 0 1) ,HDL水平则是Ⅰ组低于Ⅱ组 (P <0 0 0 1)。线性相关分析表明E2 与TC、TG、LDL -C呈负相关 ;E2 与HDL水平呈正相关 ;E2 与Lp(a)水平无相关性。结论提示更年期女性冠心病患者性激素E2 水平减低可能与脂质代谢异常、冠心病发病率增高有关。
Objective To study the relationship between sex hormone and lipid metebolism of climacteric period female with coronary heart disease. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]36 cases of climacteric period female with coronary heart disease for group I and 30 cases of healthy climacteric period female as group Ⅱ,that serum extradiol(E 2),estriol(E 3),progesterone(P),testosterone(T) and lipid were measured.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The E 2 of group I had obviously fallen than that of groupⅡ( P <0 01).The E 3,P,T had declined between Group I and Group Ⅱ,but the difference had no significant.TC,TG,LDL-C,Lp(a)of Group I were all obviously higher than those of GroupⅡ( P <0 01),and HLD of Group I was lower than that of Group Ⅱ( P <0 01).It shown that E 2 was related negatively with TC,TG and LDL-C;E 2 was related positively with HDL;E 2 and Lp(a) had no relationship.Conclusion[WT5”BZ] The climacteric period female with coronary heart disease decline of E 2 level was indicated that it might be associated with the abnormal lipid metebolism and the rising incidence rate of coronary heart disease.
