摘要
针对小城镇污水量小的特点,开发了一种小城镇污水预处理一体化设备。该设备集成旋流沉砂、折板絮凝、两段折流斜板沉淀等工艺和功能于一体。中试运行结果表明:对于SS、COD、TP、含砂量分别为(113~1 150)、(139~624)、(3.4~9.2)、(73~213)mg/L的小城镇污水,在水力负荷为1.44 m3/(m2·h)的条件下,处理后的出水SS、COD、TP、含砂量分别为(63~324)、(111~329)、(2.8~5.6)、(54~107)mg/L。对SS、COD的去除率均随其进水浓度的增加而增加;对SS、COD、TP的去除率均随水力负荷的增加而略有减小。该污水预处理一体化设备实现了分散式小水量污水处理的高效能、低投资和模块化,解决了小城镇污水处理的难题。
An integrated wastewater treatment system including rotational flow grit chamber, folded plate floeculation, two-piece inclined baffle plate sedimentation was developed to treat sewage from small towns. In the pilot testing, SS, COD, TP and grit in the influent were 113 to 1 150 rag/L, 139 to 624 mg/L, 3.4 to 9.2 mg/L and 73 to 213 mg/L respectively. After treatment at a hydraulic loading of 1.44 m^3/(m^2 ~ h), the respective effluent concentrations were 63 to 324 mg/L, 111 to 329 mg/L, 2.8 to 5.6 mg/L and 54 to 107 mg/L. SS and COD removal rate improved with increasing influent SS and COD con- centrations, while increasing influent hydraulic loading led to reduced SS, COD and TP removal eapaeity.
