从世界范围内4类35家图书馆的最新战略规划文本中可以看出,图书馆资源建设呈现出资源类型多元化发展、资源获取渠道更加丰富、资源引进方式受财政紧缩影响、资源描述聚焦于元数据、资源组织继续朝着构建机构仓储的方向发展、资源长期保存的措施更为完善、资源数字化的对象逐渐丰富等新变化,而图书馆服务则呈现出开发资源发现工具、探索深层次科研支持、着手移动服务与数据集服务创新、关注图书馆空间利用等新趋势。国外图书馆的最新战略动向是了解图书馆发展趋势的重要参考依据,为我国图书馆事业的发展提供了有意义的借鉴。
It can be seen from the latest strategic planning text of 35 worldwide libraries belonging to 4 categories,the resource construction of libraries presents some new changes,including resource types being more diversity,access channels of resources being more plentiful,introduction ways of resources being influenced by the financial crunch,the resource description focusing on the meta-data,the resource organization continuing its development towards building institutional repositories,long-term preservation measures of resources becoming more perfect,the object of resource digitalization becoming gradually rich,and so on.At the same time,library services present some new development,including opening up resource discovering tools,exploring the deep level support to scientific researches,beginning the innovation of mobile services and data set services,focusing on the space utilization of libraries,and so on.The latest strategic trend of foreign libraries is important references to understand the development trend of libraries,which provides a meaningful reference for the development of libraries in China.
