摘要
为了评价在城市重点区域交通管理方案,建立了一种改进的折衷型模糊多属性评价的应用模型和算法。作者针对传统方法评价中指标确定时主观性较强的缺点,利用物理学中的熵的概念,结合灰色关联度进行评价指标权重的确定,从而使折衷型模糊多属性决策方法更加客观。最后结合城市重点区域管理规划方案的评价实例,利用MATLAB编程对模型和参数进行了检验,结果表明该方法能有效实现对方案的选优和综合评价。
In order to evaluate the transportation management schemes of some key regions,a improved compromise fuzzy multiple-attribute evaluation model was established. According to the shortcoming of strong subjectivity in determining the evaluation indexes of the traditional methods, using the physics concept of entropy, and combined with rational determination of the evaluation indexes, the model was made more objective. Combined with a city key regional management planning scheme evaluation example and using MATLAB programm the model was tested. The results showed that this method could effectively achieve the optimum choice of schemes and in comprehensive evaluation.
