摘要
分析了凝汽器性能诊断的现有方法及采用模糊专家系统进行诊断的优点。考虑到Visual C++与CLIPS各自的优缺点,采用二者混合编程的方式开发了凝汽器性能诊断专家系统。给出了该专家系统的结构,详细介绍了模糊事实和知识的表示。以真空系统不严密轻微漏气故障为诊断实例,阐述了系统的设计过程和诊断过程。
This paper firstly analyzes the current methods for condenser performance diagnosis and the advantages of fuzzy expert system in the diagnosis. Considering the pros and cons of Visual C + + and CLIPS respectively, the ex- pert system for condenser performance diagnosis was developed by the hybrid programming. The structure of expert system was formulated, and the expression of fuzzy fact and knowledge was elaborated. The design process and diag- nostic process were illustrated by a diagnostic example of a vacuum system with minor leak defect.
