摘要 合成了一种新型磺酸型扩链剂1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA),并通过红外光谱法证明了其化学结构。利用这种扩链剂与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇等反应,制备出固含量高、热稳定性好和力学性能好的磺酸型水性聚氨酯(SWPU)乳液及薄膜。与同时合成的羧酸型水性聚氨酯(CWPU)对比发现,SWPU乳液的固体质量分数可达50%以上,而CWPU乳液固体质量分数不超过40%;SWPU乳液的粒径比CWPU小,粒径分布窄;SWPU薄膜具有更好的热稳定性和弹性模量;SWPU薄膜耐溶剂性比CWPU薄膜好,但耐水性比CWPU薄膜差。 A new kind of sulfonated chain extender sodium 2,3-dihydroxypropane-l-sulfonate ( DHPA ) was synthesized successfully and its chemical structure was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. It was used to prepare sulfonate-based waterborne polyurethane (SWPU) with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and poly- ether polyol (PTMG1000). Carboxylate-based waterborne polyurethane ( CWPU ) was also prepared for compari- son. Contrasting with CWPU, SWPU showed special performance in many fields, a higher solid content 50%, smal- ler particle size and distribution, better thermal stability, excellent elastic modulus and satisfying elongation, decreasing in water resistance but increasing in solvent resistance for the SWPU film.
