摘要
以6063铝合金为研究对象,分析了Mg/Si质量比对6063铝合金显微组织、腐蚀性能及导电率的影响。结果表明:Mg/Si质量比为1.5时,试样铸态晶粒均匀细小,其强度和塑性达到最佳配合,二者比值超过1.73后,抗拉强度急剧降低。Mg/Si质量比在1.5~1.7内,合金腐蚀性能相对稳定;Mg/Si质量比大于1.73或小于1.5后材料的耐蚀性下降显著;过剩Mg元素对该铝合金的导电率有较大影响;Mg/Si质量比为1.65时,材料的导电性能较好。
Taking 6063 Al alloy as research objects,the effects of Mg/Si mass ratio on the microscopic structure,corrosive property and electrical conductivity of the alloy were studied.The results indicate that the as-cast structure of the sample is fine and homogeneous when Mg/Si mass ratio is 1.5,and its strength and ductility match well with each other.The tensile strength decreases sharply when the ratio is more than 1.73.The corrosion resistance of the alloy is stable when Mg/Si mass ratio is in the range of 1.5 to 1.7.The corrosion resistance degrades rapidly when the ratio is over 1.73 or less than 1.5.Surplus Mg has great effects on the conductivity of 6063 Al alloy.The conductive is better when Mg/Si mass ratio is 1.65.
