摘要
针对PLA纤维耐热性较差的问题,测试分析了PLA纤维经不同条件的热处理后其断裂强度和断裂伸长率的变化.结果表明:随着温度的升高,PLA纤维的强力呈下降趋势,而断裂伸长率呈上升趋势;经高温(超过140℃)处理后,纤维的力学性能显著下降.
Aiming at the poor heat resistant property of polylactic acid(PLA) fiber,the influences of several heat treatment methods on the breaking strength and elongation of PLA fibers are analyzed.The results indicate that increasing the temperature,the tensile strength of PLA fibers decreases,as well as its elongation increases.When the temperature is above 140 ℃,the treatment would result in the mechanical properties of the PLA fibers significantly decline.
