摘要 随着宣钢焦化厂干熄焦项目的启动,原用于湿法熄焦的生化废水的去向急待解决,在广泛研究分析的基础上,利用原有废水处理设施,通过在废水预处理系统和生化工艺出水处分别增加高级氧化和催化氧化过滤单元,实现了焦化废水的深度处理,处理后的废水达到了中水系统进水要求,替代了工业水作为循环水的补充水,实现了废水循环利用,解决了水资源紧缺的问题。 How to treat biochemical waste water originally used for wet coke quenching becomes an urgent problem along with project of dry coke quenching is initiated in Coke Plant of Xuan Steel.Based on a wide research and analysis,utilizing the original waste water treating devices,the deep treatment of coking waste water is realized by adding the high-class oxidizing unit and catalytic oxidizing filtering unit separately at waste water treating system and water exit of biochemical treatment system.The treated waste water reaches the standard of intake water of recycled water system and can be used as supplement of circulative water to replace the industrial water,circulating utilization of waster water is realized,and the problem of water resource being in short supply is solved.
