摘要
高职生就业时存在着焦虑、不满、自卑、从众、攀比、盲目等心理问题,其成因是对自我和对环境认知度较低。要消除高职生就业时的心理问题必须从学校教育着眼,加强对学生的职业心理品质培养和职业生涯规划教育是解决高职毕业生心理问题的有效方法。
There are anxiety, resentment, inferiority, conformity, competition, blindness and other psychological problems in the employment of the higher vocational students, which is because of the low self and environmental awareness. To eliminate the psychological problems in the employment of the higher vocational students, it must focus on the school education. It is an effective way to train the students＇ professional psychological quality and help them plan the professional carrer in order to solve the psychological problems.
