摘要
目的:探讨深圳市第二人民医院临床分离的整合子阳性不动杆菌属同源性及分布情况。方法:采用肠杆菌科基因间重复序列聚合酶链反应(ERIC-PCR)方法对53株整合子阳性不动杆菌菌株进行同源性分析。结果:53株整合子阳性不动杆菌菌株可分为22种不同的基因型,其中以e型(10/53)、s型(18/53)两种基因型为主,占整合子阳性菌株的52.8%;含arr3-aacA4基因盒的整合子分布于11种不同基因型的克隆株,仅在s型菌株中检测到含aacC1-orfP-orfQ-aadA1a基因盒;e型不动杆菌菌株只分布在神经外科和创伤外科病房;s型不动杆菌菌株主要分布在ICU病房和普外科病房。结论:ERIC-PCR同源性分析很难区分基因盒在菌株之间的传播,而其与暴发流行却有明确的关联。
Objective:To investigate the homology and distribution of integron-positive Acinetobacter species isolates in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital.Methods:Non-repetitive 122 clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii were collected from 2005 to 2006.All integron-positive Acinetobacter species strains were typed by Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus-Polymerase Chain Reaction(ERIC-PCR).Results:ERIC-PCR revealed a total of 22 distinct patterns among the 53 integron-positive Acinetobacter species strains.Among the 53 integrase-positive isolates,strains with ERIC-PCR pattern e(10/53) or s(18/53) were relatively prevalent,accounting for 52.8%.The cassette array,arr3-aacA4,was found in 11 different patterns.But the cassette array,aacC1-orfP-orfQ-aadA1a,was only found in pattern s.Pattern e strains were only from departments of neurosurgery and traumatology.Pattern s strains were mainly from intensive care units(ICUs) and general surgery department.Conclusion:It has been shown that strains indistinguishable from each other by ERIC-PCR can have different cassette arrays,but having clear epidemiological links with outbreaks of this strain.
