大连市肠道病毒71型VP1区段基因特征分析

摘要 目的:了解大连市手足口病病原体肠道病毒71型(EV71)分离株的基因特征。方法:从手足口患者粪便标本中分离EV71病毒,经RT-PCR扩增VP1全长,并进行核苷酸序列分析。结果:4株EV71分离株与C4亚型代表株具有较高的核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性。在系统进化树上,4株EV71分离株与C4亚型代表株处于同一分支。结论:大连市手足口病患者中分离的EV71属C4亚型。 Objective : To explore the molecular characteristics of the VPI coding fragment from EV71 strains that isolated in Dalian. Methods: EVT1 strains were isolated from clinical specimens of children with hand -foot- and -mouth disease(HFMD) in Dalian, the complete VPI coding gene of them were amplified for sequence analysis. Results: The VP1 - based analysis indicated that the strains isolated from Dalian had high nucleotide homology and amino acid homology with the representative strain of subgenotype C4, and they clustered with reference strains of C4 subgenotype in the phylogenetic tree. Conclusion: The EV71 strains isolated from HFMD patients in Dalian belonged to subgenotype C4.
