摘要
目的:了解玉林市2005年-2011年霍乱弧菌对外环境水体和水产品等的污染状况,及时发现霍乱病例,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法:运用主动监测对玉林城区内2005年-2011年的腹泻病人、外环境水体、(海)水产品、食品、重点人群等进行监测。结果:7年共采集各类标本15922份,检出霍乱弧菌36份,总阳性率为0.23%。2005年-2011年检出的阳性率分别为0.06%、0.67%、0.04%、0.29%、0.16%、0.00%、0.47%,外环境水体监测阳性率为0.26%。(海)水产品监测阳性率为0.55%,腹泻病人及重点人群监测结果全部为阴性;食品监测中未发现阳性样品。结论:我市外环境水体及水产品存在霍乱弧菌,应加强监测力度,及时了解其污染状况,以便采取有针对性措施预防和控制霍乱的发生和流行。
Objective:To understand the pollution state of fishery products and external environmental water and the existence state of Vibrio cholerae for discovering the case of cholera promptly and providing scientific basis for prevention and control of cholera. Methods: The active monitoring was adopted in patients with diarrhea, external environmental water, fishery products, food and focus groups in Yulin during 2005 -2011. Results: Totally 15922 various samples were collected in 7 years, and Vibrio cholerae were found in 36 samples, total positive rate was 0.23%. The positive rates of Vibrio cholerae from 2005 to 2011 were 0.06%, 0.67% , 0.04%, 0.29% , 0. 16%, 0.00%, 0.47% respectively, and the positive rate of water was 0.26%. The positive rate of fishery products was 0.55% , the positive rate of the patients with diarrhea and high risk population was 0.00%. Test results of foods were negative. Conclusion: There are Vibrio cholerae in external environmental water and fishery products in Yulin city. It is necessary to enhance monitoring to understand their pollution timely, so as to take specific measures to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of cholera.
