立体定向血肿抽吸术治疗自发性颅内出血57例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨应用立体定向血肿抽吸术治疗自发性颅内出血的治疗效果、安全性及应用价值。方法:自发性颅内出血57例经CT检查确诊后,在发病24-48h内,行立体定向血肿抽吸治疗后置引流管,术后每日注入尿激酶溶解血肿并引流其降解物.。结果:按日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)分级:Ⅰ级14例,Ⅱ级18例,Ⅲ级16例,Ⅳ级8例,Ⅴ级1例。住院最短10d,最长21d。结论:发病24h后行立体定向血肿抽吸术治疗自发性颅内出血创伤小,操作简单,同时可引流血肿,再出血几率低,术后恢复快,并发症少,高龄及体质弱者也可耐受,费用低,是一种有效、安全、简单、廉价的手术方法。
