妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退51例临床分析 被引量：13

摘要 近年来的调查发现，亚甲减在妊娠妇女中的发病率为2．2％-5．6％。妊娠期亚甲减对孕妇及胎儿均有不良影响。已发现，它影响妇女从受孕至分娩各阶段，与妊娠结局息息相关。本文对2010年1月至2011年6月我院收治的51例妊娠合并亚甲减的病例进行分析，以进一步了解妊娠与亚甲减的相互影响。
