摘要
目的:探讨基层医院实施护理绩效管理对提高护理人员满意度及工作质量的效果。方法:构建护理绩效考核体系,并将之运用于护理管理,对实行绩效考核制度前后的护理人员满意度及护理工作质量进行比效。结果:采用护理绩效管理后各考核指标较未使用前有显著的提升(P<0.05)。结论:采用护理绩效管理对提高基层医院护理质量整体水平及护理人员对工作的满意度效果良好,值得在基层医院更进一步的推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effects of nursing performance management on the nursing staff satistaction and the quality ot work in basic hospital. Methods: A nursing performance management system was practiced. The satisfaction of the nursing staff and the nursing qualities were compared before and after performance management. Resells: After using the performance management, there were significant improvements in all the assessment indexes IP〈0.05 ). Conclusion: The application of nursing performance system can improve the overall nursing quality and nursing staff satisfaction in basic hospital. It is worth promoting in basic hospital.
