摘要
组合关节轴承与普通水润滑艉轴承,制成一种可调心水润滑球面艉轴承,代替普通艉轴承,以增加艉轴承的接触面积,减小由于螺旋桨重力悬臂作用或轴系校中不良等原因所产生的边缘效应,降低艉轴承振动水平。球面艉轴承与普通艉轴承的减振效果评价在轴系试验台上进行,两艉轴承的振动特性对比结果表明,球面艉轴承的减振效果较好。
Combining the water lubricated sphere stern bearing with the joint bearing to substitute the general water lubricated bearing in order to increase the contacting area of the bearing and reduce edge effect of the bearing which is resulted from the cantilever action of the propeller weight or ill alignment,so as to lower vibration level of the bearing.The appraisement of the vibration reduction for both bearing was carried out on the test-bed of stern bearing.The testing results showed that the vibration reduction of water lubricated sphere stern bearing is better than general water lubricated bearing.
