摘要
探讨了浙江农林大学基于产学研合作的实习基地建设指导思想、建设过程和建设成效,详细介绍了围绕生态性创业型大学战略目标的创新创业类实习基地、实践能力培养与订单式人才培养并举的农林类实习基地、实习实训与创新实践活动紧密结合的工科类实习基地、与企业共建创新创业人才培养基地的园林类实习基地4类典型基地建设情况,阐述了实习基地建设在完善人才培养计划、提升毕业生就业竞争力、提升"双师型"教师队伍的比例和水平、高校与企业共赢四方面的成效。
The article discussed the guiding ideology,the construction process and the construction effect of practice base in Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University.Introduced four kinds of typical cases of construction of practice base such as innovation entrepreneurship training base aim for ecological entrepreneurial university,the agriculture and forestry practice base of the cultivation of practice ability and order-orientated mode,the engineering practice base combine practice with innovation,and the gardens practice base of building innovative talents with enterprise.Elaborated the effects of the practice base construction in improving the personnel training plan,improving employment competitiveness of graduates,promoting proportion and level of ＂double type＂ teachers,and win-win between university and enterprise.
