摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液对三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎(DMLT)患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及凝血功能的影响。方法将38例DMLT患者随机分为2组,对照组20例予常规综合治疗,治疗组18例加用血必净注射液治疗。分别检测2组治疗前后的TNF-α、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和纤维蛋白原(FBG)。结果治疗后治疗组检测指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论血必净注射液对DMLT患者的凝血功能有保护作用。
[Objective]To investigate the effect of Xuebijing injection on tissue tumor necrosis factorα（TNFα） expression and blood clotting function of dermatitis medicamentosa like of trichloroethylene（DMTL） patients.[Methods]A total of 38 patients with DMTL were randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group（20 cases） was treated with routine combined therapy.Treatment group（18 cases） was added Xuebijing injection.PT,TT,APTT,FBG and TNFαof the two groups were detected before and after treatment.[Results]In the comparison between the treatment group and the control group,there were significant difference on test indexes.[Conclusion]Xuebijing injection has sheltering effect on blood clotting function of DMTL patients.
