摘要
诺卡氏菌KY1 0 2 3能利用乙腈作为生长的碳源和氮源。最适培养条件为 ( g·L- 1) :葡萄糖 1 0 ,醇母膏 2 0 ,玉米浆 1 0 ,诱导剂 1 0 ,MgSO4 ·7H2 O 0 5,K2 HPO4 0 5,KH2 PO4 0 5,pH7 0 ,菌株在 2 8℃、2 50rpm条件下培养 2 4h ,丙烯酰胺酶活力达到 1 3 3 0 μ/ml。休眠细胞在 3h以内 ,可积累丙烯酰胺浓度达到 2 50g·L- 1,乙酰胺浓度达到 4 0 0g·L- 1。
Norcardia SP.KY1023 could utilize Acetonitrile as carbon and nitrogen source.The optimum culture conditions were as follows(g·L -1 ):Glucose 10,Yeast Extract20,Corn Liquor10,Inducer10,MgSO 4·7H 2O0.5,K 2HPO 40.5,KH 2PO 40.5,pH7.0.When the strain was cultivatecl for 24h at 28℃,the activity of nitrile hydratase was up to 1330μ/ml.The resting cell could accumulate 250g·L -1 of acrylamide and 400g·L -1 of acetamide.
