摘要
:在巢材湿度保持相同下 ,采用 2 9℃、31℃和 33℃ 3种温度对扬子鳄 (Alligatorsinensis)卵进行孵化。孵化时间随孵化温度升高而显著缩短 ,2 9℃、31℃和 33℃下的平均孵化时间为 6 4 6天、5 5 4天和 5 0 1天 ,孵化的积温没有恒定值。初生仔鳄重与起始卵重呈直线回归 ,初生仔鳄重不受孵化温度明显影响。孵化温度对初生仔鳄剩余卵黄量或去卵黄鳄体有显著影响 :随着孵化温度的升高 ,剩余卵黄量呈现增加 ,而去卵黄鳄体重相对减少 ,它们的变化量与温度增减量呈相同比例变化。
