引导麦默通在切除临床触诊阴性乳腺肿块中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通在临床触诊阴性乳腺肿块中的诊治价值。方法:在高频超声引导下应用麦默通系统对42例共63处临床触诊阴性,超声提示为良性倾向的乳腺肿块进行手术切除。结果:63处临床触诊阴性乳腺肿块均被成功切除。所有肿块病理诊断均为良性病变。结论:采用超声引导麦默通微旋切系统诊治临床触诊阴性的乳腺肿块安全可靠,创伤小,术后恢复快,无严重并发症,是目前乳腺外科诊治该类型肿块的首选方法。
