摘要
针对催化裂化能量回收装置高温烟气轮机出现的故障,对烟气中所含催化剂物性、粒度与形貌进行了分析,确定了卧管式三旋分离性能下降主要原因:①催化剂中低熔点的金属离子Fe、Ni、Ca等含量较高,高温下容易熔化在三旋内部及烟机动静叶片上形成结垢。②催化剂再生过程中出现大量破碎的小颗粒造成三旋入口烟气中细粉浓度过高,三旋抗返混能力差导致出口烟气中催化剂含量增高。
According to the failure of the high temperature turbine-expander in FCC energy recovery system,the property,size and shape of the catalyst contained in the flue gas were analyzed.There were two main reasons that resulted performance decline of the third stage cyclone separator:1.some chemical composition of catalyst,such as Fe,Ni,Ca and so on,which had a low melting point,tending to be melted under high temperature and resulting scale formation inside the third stage cyclone separator and blades of turbine-expander;2.a large mount of fine particles which came from catalyst regeneration process increased particle concentration at inlet of cyclone separator,and led to a high particle concentration at outlet due to poor performance of the separator.
