摘要
目的研究丹参对梗阻性肾间质纤维化(RIF)大鼠肾脏组织病理学的影响。方法建立大鼠RIF模型,取出正常组、假手术组、模型组、丹参治疗组的大鼠肾组织,分别做常规HE、PAS和MASSON染色。结果丹参治疗组大鼠的肾组织,病理改变明显减轻。结论丹参对大鼠RIF具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of Salvia miltiorrhiza on obstructive renal interstitial fibrosis（RIF） in rat kidney histopathology.Methods Establish rat RIF model,then get the renal tissue of normal group,sham operation group,model group and Salvia miltiorrhiza group,stain with HE、PAS and MASSON respectively.Results In the renal tissue of rats treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza,pathological changes of fibrosis significantly ameliorated.Conclusions Salvia miltiorrhiza has a therapeutic effect on renal interstitial fibrosis of rats.
