摘要
从西部地区开发的历史和当前发展出发 ,近期西部大开发应主要采用点轴开发模式 ,其主要思路是设计西部地区空间布局的点轴系统 ;以此为基础确定近期开发建设的重点。
Considering the history and current situation of China's western area,We should adopt point axle model mainly to develop China's western area in the near future.The train of thought of this model is to design a point axle system of space distribution of China's western area,then define the focal points of the development in the near future on basis of this system.
