摘要
针对我国研究生复试中存在的内容效度问题,基于国外研究生胜任特征研究的已有成果,对Reeve等的研究生绩效模型进行了修订,提出了包括学业能力、学业努力、个人自律、个人管理技能、人际关系以及职业愿景与自我导向六个因素的研究生绩效模型,并以此为框架概括整合了已有研究中基本达成共识的研究生胜任特征。基于研究生胜任特征模型,对复试的考核维度进行系统的探索和研究,是提高我国研究生选拔科学性和有效性的重要途径。
The content validity of the retest of graduate student candidates in China is facing with many challenges. Based on systematic review of the graduate student competencies research in west countries, the research modified Reeve's graduate student performance model and resulted in a 6-dimensional model, including academic proficiency, demonstrating academic effort, personal discipline, personal administration skills, interpersonal relations and career vision and self-directedness. The competencies in existing graduate student researches were categorized into the graduate student performance model accordingly. Competency-based-retest is an important way to improve the validity and scientificity of graduate admission in China.
