Dellson膜式超薄技术在肺泡灌洗液细胞学诊断中的应用

摘要 目的探讨Dellson膜式超薄细胞学制片技术(DTC)在肺泡灌洗液细胞学检查中的应用。方法将临床送检的灌洗液,加处理液等系列处理后,用自动液基细胞制片机制片。同时用传统方法制作涂片,两者同步做瑞氏染色或HE染色,镜检观察。结果通过对106例肺泡灌洗液标本用两种制片方法的对比观察,液基薄层细胞制片的优良率达90.5%(96/106),而传统制片仅为61.3%(65/106);液基薄层细胞制片癌细胞阳性率为46.2%(49/106),可疑癌细胞5.7%(6/106);传统制片的癌细胞阳性率为24.5%(26/106),可疑癌细胞2.8%(3/106)。结论 Dellson膜式超薄细胞学制片技术(DTC)用于肺泡灌洗液细胞学检查,涂片质量及癌细胞检测的阳性率明显高于传统涂片。 Objective To investigate the application of production technology of liquid-based cytology in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) cytology diagnosis. Methods Plus digestive to the collected bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, remove the mucus and other substance, the precipitate was transferred to preservation solution. Smear was made with automatic liquid-based cell produc- tion machine. Mean while smears were made by traditional methods. They were both dyed by Wright' s staining or hematoxylin eosin staining (HE). The effect of the smears was observed under microscope. Results By comparative study of 106 cases of clini- cal specimens of two kinds of production methods, the good rate of production of liquid-based cytology was 90.5% (96/106), and the traditional production was only 61.3% (65/106) ;the positive rate of cancer cells in production of liquid-based cytology was 46.2 % (49/106 ), the suspected cancer was 2.8 % ( 3/106 ) ; the positive rate of traditional production was 24.5 % ( 26/106 ), the suspected cancer was 2.8% (3/106). Conclusion Production technology of liquid-based cytology can be used for bronchoalveo- lar lavage fluid cytology diagnose, smears quality and detection of positive cells was significantly higher than that of conventional smears.
