摘要
微型直流电网是一种新型供电系统,通常采用两根直流线输送电能,可以采用电压平衡变换器构造一根中线,以满足电网中不同负载变换器对输入电压平衡的要求。为了降低功率器件的电压应力,本文提出了三电平半桥电压平衡器,分析三电平半桥电压平衡器拓扑结构;为了实现功率器件工作在三电平状态,同时提出了一种功率开关管提前开通、滞后关断的控制方案,并结合该控制方案详细地分析三电平半桥电压平衡器工作原理。最后在原理样机进行实验,实验结果表明三电平半桥电压平衡器不但能够降低功率器件的电压应力,而且能够实现输出电压平衡。
DC micro-grid is a novel power system in dc distribution system,in which two-wire transmitting power mode is usually accepted.In order to balance input voltage of load sides' power converters,a voltage balancer is introduced.In this paper,a three-level half bridge voltage balancer is presented to lower voltage stress of power devices.The operation principles of the circuit are explained in detail.The control strategy of lead turning on and lag turning off for power switches is proposed which helps power switches realize three-level operations.At last,the experimental results of a laboratory prototype verify that the three-level half bridge voltage balancer can achieve three-level characteristic and output balance voltage.
