摘要
为了满足不同直径钢管的外表面除锈要求,设计出一套自适应钢管外表面除锈装置。由于该装置不但能实现除锈工作半径与中心高度的同步线性调节,而且还能根据钢管外径变化进行自动调整,因此可减少人工辅助时间及劳动强度,大幅度提高生产效率。
In order to meet the requirement for outer surface rust-removing for steel pipes with different diameters, an adaptive system for this purpose is developed. The said derusting system is not only capable of synchronous linear adjustment of the derusting operation radius and center elevation, but also has the function of automatic adapting as per steel pipe diameter change, resulting in reduction of the labor assisting time and labor intensity, and great enhancement of productivity.
