摘要
针对现有弯头管端切割方式的不足,设计研制出一种主要用于Ф400～1400mm规格弯头管端切割的自动火焰切割机。详细介绍了该火焰切割机的结构、切割工艺和参数、电气控制及生产操作要点。实际应用表明,该弯头管端自动切割机结构简单、制造成本低,实际应用中操作方便、运行平稳且切割断面质量良好。
Addressing the shortcomings of the regularly-used process for elbow cropping, an automatic flame cutting machine as used mainly for cropping of elbows with a size range of ≥400-1 400 mm is designed and developed. Described in details are the main aspects of the machine, covering the structure, the cutting process and parameters, the electric control and the operation tips. The operation pratice of the machine demonstrates that it is in possession of such advantages as structural simplicity, high manufacture cost effectiveness, and easy operation, running smoothness and consistency, and fine cut-off end face.
