摘要
智能化车间是将数控加工技术、自动化技术、信息技术以及现代管理技术有效集成,实现对生产线的运动控制、逻辑控制和基于车间设备网络的工艺管理和设备监控。针对机械加工制造的需求,将企业管理平台与生产线现场控制设备相连,实现数据的无缝连接与信息共享;前后贯通整条产线,实现生产线全生产过程的计划、调度和实时处理、设备状态的安全监视和维护等,从而实现整个企业信息的综合集成。
Intelligent workshop integrates CNC processing technology,automation technology,information technology and modern management techniques effectively,achieves the production line motion control,logic control,process management and equipment monitoring network.This paper aimed at mechanical manufacturing demand,linked enterprise management platform and production line control device,to realize data connection and information sharing through the whole production line,achieved production line of the whole production plan,schedule and real-time processing,equipment state of the safety monitoring and maintenance etc,so as to realize the whole enterprise information integrated.
