摘要
目的:分析亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的研究进展。方法:本文就对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的定义、病因及发病机制、流行病学、诊断、治疗、危害及预防进行描述。结果:亚临床甲状腺功能减退症临床表现不明显或缺乏特异性,常在血清学检测甲状腺激素时发现,该病对人类具有潜在危害。结论:该疾病的临床特点及本质也正逐步被临床医生认识,并且对心血管功能、脂代谢及胰岛细胞功能的影响已经受到研究者的重视。
Objective：Analysis the research progress of the clinical hypothyroidism was a kind of relatively lower thyroid function.Methods：This article was described to the clinical hypothyroidism definition,etiology and pathogenesis,epidemiology,diagnosis,treatment,harm and prevention.Results：The clinical presentation were not obvious or lack of specificity,it was found often in serum examination thyroid hormone,the disease had the potential harm to human beings.Conclusion：The clinical features and the essence of the disease is known gradually by clinical doctors,and the researchers have pay attention on its influence on the cardiovascular function,lipid metabolism and islet cell function.
