摘要 针对大型长轴式深井泵存在的设备故障频发、运行可靠性差、使用效率低、检修维护频繁、职工劳动强度大、生产维护费用高等诸多问题,提出摒弃传统维修管理模式,运用现代设备综合管理理念,从故障产生的内在因素与外在因素出发,对其进行故障分析,明确故障模式,查明故障原因,从而有针对性地采取主动维修等策略,较好解决了之前存在的各类缺陷,提高了设备综合效率,降低了寿命周期费用,切实保障了取水设备的安全、经济、稳定及高效运行。 There were many problems of large-scale and long-axial deep well pump, such as high equipment fault frequency, poor operation reliability, low use efficiency, frequent repair and maintenance, large labor intensity of workers, and high cost of production and maintenance, and so on. Therefore, it was suggested to abandon the traditional maintenance management mode, use the modern equipment comprehensive management concept, and proceed from the internal factors and external factors of the fault to analyze the problems, identify the fault model, figure out the rea- sons, and take positive maintenance strategies intentionally. These suggestions solved the various defects which had already existed, improved overall equipment effectiveness, reduced the life cycle cost, and ensured the safety, economy, stability and efficient operation of water intaking equip- ment.
