苯唑西林钠与头孢曲松钠联合治疗葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对采用苯唑西林钠联合头孢曲松钠的方法对患有葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的患儿进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取56例患有葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组28例。分别采用苯唑西林钠和苯唑西林钠联合头孢曲松钠进行治疗。结果 B组患儿的退热时间、疱疹停止发展时间、裸区干燥时间明显早于A组患儿;该组患儿的临床治疗时间内明显短于A组患儿;该组患儿临床治疗的治愈率明显高于A组患儿。结论采用苯唑西林钠联合头孢曲松钠的方法对患有葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的患儿进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
