摘要
聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)作为一种可降解生物材料在组织工程、医药领域有着广泛的应用。通过静电纺丝技术制备PHB纳米纤维毡可使其具备纳米纤维诸多优异的物理、化学性质。主要通过扫描电镜等研究了溶液浓度、电场强度、挤出率和毛细管直径四个工艺参数对静电纺丝技术制备PHB纳米纤维的影响。利用单因素实验得出了PHB纳米纤维可纺的范围,确定了PHB最佳静电纺丝条件:浓度为2.5%、电场强度为0.8kV/cm、挤出速率为1.0mL/h、毛细管直径为0.3mm。
As a biodegradable biological material,PHB has a wide range of applications in the field of tissue engineering and medicine.Electrospun PHB nanofiber mat can be endowed with many excellent physical and chemical properties of nanofiber.This paper studies the influence of four main process parameters,including solution concentration,electric intensity,extrusion rate and nozzle diameter,on preparation electrospun PHB nanofiber mainly by scanning electron microscope.As a result,single factor experiments determine the spinning range of PHB nanofiber,and the optimum conditions for electrostatic spinning are shown as follows: Solution concentration is 2.5 %,electric intensity is 0.8 kV/cm,extrusion rate is 1.0 mL/h and the nozzle diameter is 0.3 mm.
