摘要
采用挤出压缩工艺制备了聚乙烯(PE)弯头管件,对管件尺寸精度的影响因素进行了研究,着重探讨了模腔温度、压缩时间与管件尺寸精度之间的关系。结果表明,当压缩压力为25 MPa、熔体温度为220℃、定模内腔温度为60℃、压缩时间为12 min时,利用挤出压缩工艺制备的PE弯头管件尺寸精度最高,且高于优化后的注塑工艺。
Polyethylene (PE) elbow pipes were prepared by extrusion compression technology and the influence factors on dimension precision of the pipes were studied. The relationships between mold cavity temperature, compress time and dimension precision of the pipes were explored emphatically. The results showed that when compress pressure was 25 MPa, the melt temperature was 220℃, mold cavity temperature was 60℃, compress time was 12 min, the dimension precision of PE elbow pipe prepared by extrusion compression technology was the highest and it was better than that of the pipe prepared by injection molding process after optimization.
