模内扭转层叠器单元结构中的压力损失分析

摘要 针对塑料熔体通过自制的模内扭转层叠器时压力损失大的问题,采用Moldex3D模流分析软件对扭转层叠器单元中塑料熔体的流动情况进行模拟,研究了层叠器的流道沿挤出方向的长度、流道出口与入口垂直挤出方向的距离、层叠器分流数等结构参数对层叠器压力损失的影响。结果发现,层叠器压力损失均随上述3种结构参数的增加而增加,其中层叠器分流数对压力损失的影响最为明显。该研究结果为微纳层叠器的结构优化提供了参考。 According to the problem that the pressure loss was big when plastic melt passed through the self-made torsional laminated device in mold, the flow simulation of the plastic melt in the torsional laminated device element was carried out by using Moldex3D simulation software, and the effects of the structure parameters such as runner length along the extrusion direction, the distance between runner exit and entrance in vertical extrusion direction, the split-flow number etc. on the pressure loss of the laminated device elements were studied. The results showed that the pressure loss increased with the increase of the three structure parameters mentioned above respectively, among this, the effect of the split-flow number on the pressure loss was most obvious. The study results provided reference for the structure optimization of the micro-nano laminated device.
