摘要
采用溶液培养法研究了 IAA(吲哚乙酸 )对盐胁迫下大豆幼苗膜伤害及抗盐力的影响。结果表明 :一定浓度的 IAA处理可促进盐胁迫下大豆幼苗的生长 ,使其干物质产量增加 ,叶面积增大 ,提高叶片光合速率 ,增强了保护酶系统活性 ,降低膜脂过氧化产物 MDA含量及膜相对透性 (相对导电性 ) ,增强了幼苗对盐渍环境的抵抗能力 ,缓解了盐害。
The effect of IAA on soybean seedlings cell membrance injury and the capacity of resistance to saline enviroment were investigated by mean of water culture.The results proved that IAA could promote the growth of soybean seedlings under certain salt stress,increase the amount of physical products,extend the area of trifoliate leaves,promote the photosynthetic rate of seminal leaf.At the same time IAA promote the activities of SOD,POD and CAT which belong to the enzyme system for cell membrance protection of soybean seedlings under certain salt stress,and decrease the content of MDA produced by lipid peroxidation.The relative permeabilisty of cell membrance shown by relative electric conductivity was lower than the plant stressed by saline and not treated by IAA.Therefore,IAA can strengthen the capacity of resistance of the plants to saline enviroment.The salt injury were alleviated.
